TGV and trains

The TGV from Paris stops in either Bordeaux (2 hours 15 drive to Le Mas) or Libourne, which is closer at 1 hour 45 minutes from Le Mas. You can rent cars at both these train stations.
Alternatively, you can take a local train from either TGV stations to Bergerac, which is 45 minutes from Le Mas. We can arrange taxis from Bergerac for you, if necessary.

Directions

From Bergerac drive to Issigeac on the N21 and then on to Beaumont.
From Beaumont take the D25 direction Belves, after 3km you’ll stop at a crossroads.
Turn right here onto the D26 direction Montferrand and Belves.
After 3km ignore the first signpost to ‘Sainte Croix’ on your right.
Continue for a further 1.2km and when you see the second signpost to ‘Sainte Croix’ on your right, take this.
After 850m take the first left (Route de Montferrand) at the crossroads, signposted ‘Le Mas & Le Mazet’. Drive up the hill for 700m and you will see a sign to ‘Le Mas & Le Mazet’ directing you to turn left (Chemin du Mas). 
Drive through the woods and the stone gates, and down the drive.

From Le Bugue take the D51 to Le Buisson de Cadouin, where you take the D25 to Cadouin.
Drive past the Abbey on your left, and take the first left, the D2, for 7 km.
At a crossroads turn right on the D26 and drive 3 km.
Take the left turn signposted to ‘Sainte Croix’.
After 850m take the first left (Route de Montferrand) at the crossroads, signposted ‘Le Mas & Le Mazet’. Drive up the hill for 700m and you will see a sign to ‘Le Mas & Le Mazet’ directing you to turn left (Chemin du Mas). 
Drive through the woods and the stone gates, and down the drive.
